Title: Purge deleted items from IMAP folders

I have an Outlook 2000 runing IMAP folders on an SME 5.6. I have only one users who could not purge his deleted messages.
Everybody else could.
I have no idea of what could be wrong, or what could I check.
Need some help.....please....!!!

SME5.6 has a problem purging messages when another IMAP system is logged in on the same account at the same time.  SME6.0 doesn't have this issue.
