I've been looking all over but can't seem to find how to access the command prompt. Maybe I missed something when I was installing the system, but everytime I boot the server it automatically loads the Server Console.
How the heck do I get out of the Server Console? I'm using Server 6.0

The usage of Alt + Fnn button is the standard way to switch between different consoles in Linux.
If you press Alt+F2 you change to console 2 and with Alt+F1 you go back to Console 1 again.
If you wan't to use a third console just press Alt+F3 and ........

Go back through the Configure this Server screens. Toward the end, you'll see a screen that asks you if the system should login automatically, or load to a login prompt. Choose "login" instead of "auto".

. . and perhaps one of the first things you should learn when in a command prompt, is to utilise the Midnight commander, a Norton Commander-like file manager.
Simply enter mc and enjoy.
It certainly made my life a lot easier, when I first started to fiddle with things in command mode.
