Further down the bug reporting-list you find the headline: Upgrade from 6.0b3 to 6.0 final - no webmail.
On page 3 of that thread (the latest post, in fact) you can read my solution to exactly that problem.
I also reported to the Bug Tracker, but since the issue hasn't been addressed, I don't know if its a general problem.
Good luck !
Sorry, I should of course provide the link: http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=20210.0
Btw: Please post a reply on whether that was the solution to your probs.

Probably. But 'msoulier' has supplied a general fix for our 'Horde-probs'.
Take a look at: http://no.longer.valid/mantis/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0000012
Since I have already solved my probs manually I won't test it myself, but you give it a try, and report back, please.

nope didnt work. I think what the problem actually is is for some reason imap is unavailable. when i log into webmail and it fails the password it takes me to imapuser "../horde/imp/login.php?1=1&imapuser.."
its the only thing i can think of. when i try to initalize imap it just sits. so i think it might be a hosed up install..

sorry dont know why its giving me all sorts of nicks on this but it is me phillip haha

If you have checked ownership on your mailfolders as well as updating re msoulier, I am at a loss.
When you began this thread, your problem matched mine.
I'm sorry I can't help you further.
Perhaps someone else, preferably with a deeper understanding, can take over ??
Good luck.
