You have the possibility of a couple of different approaches. What do mean by one server has updated its dns. Have they changed isps?, using a different dns host/company?. It may take 72 hours for the resolution to propogate. Can you ping the IP address ? and if so does it resolve to a domain name?
Sounds to me like cname records need to be added at the dns service. I am no expert but this might give you some clues. I personally use dyndns.org for my dns service, they are cheap, have a great site and support is good !

The cash has expired adn it now works fine.

My isp hosts my ns information, and they pointed the domain to their own site, until information was confirmed with the registrar.

that's why it sent me to my isp's site at first. now when the cash has expired everything works fine.

they have added only A records to their nameservers.

I belive Dyndns is a bit more costly as I don't want or need to register .com, net or org address. simply my local .ee domain.

thanks for help :)
