Title: Exclude users from alias "all@mydomain.com"

SME automatically sets up an alias all@mydomain.com, which delivers to every user on the system. Is there a way to exclude certain users from this alias? Is there a .qmail file somewhere that lists who is included in all@mydomain.com?
