Title: Travan STT3401A Tape Install

I have just installed a Travan STT3401A IDE Tape Drive which has not been detected by SME6.0. SME6.0 was installed before my Tape Dive and I have been using CD-R's for backups previously with Backup Edge.

Anybody got any ideas or can point me in the right direction to get it going.

Darrell posted a howto on installing a tape drive after installation.
But that was way back in the 'good old' e-smith days ( http://www.e-smith.org/cgi-bin/contrib.cgi ).
First of all try searching his contribs folder under 'downloads' for a hint.
