hello community
we have a problem with the combination outlook and webmail.
our server collects the emails from external servers by multipop.
the users normally read the mails using outlook (outlook pops to our server).
when a user uses webmail to read the mails then outlook gets all already read mails again.
outlook is configured to leave a copy of all mails on our server.
does anyone have a solution?
cheers klaus

I used to have the exact same problem whehn using version 5.6 configured the same way you have, since changing to version 6 though it works perfectly. Which version of SME and Outlook are you using?

Configure your outlook for IMAP access and all your problems will be solved.
It works very well providing you are using version 6.
5 has issues with dates when moving messages to folders.
It works!!!!
