Title: how can i get write/delete access to my i-bay with FTP?

Hi, I will write/delete permissions to my i-bay, so i can update my website from everywhere.
u use e-smith SME Server v6.0
but if i have access to my ftp account, than i doesn't have write/delete access, only read.
and that's in the /home/e-smith/files/ibays/<ibay name>/files    map. not in the /home/e-smith/files/ibays/<ibay name>/html
i will have read/write access in the html map.

how can i get in?

who can help me with this problem.

Chech this - for ftp, you need to log in as a regular user with permissions over the ibay, may it be to access /files or /html.
