Title: fetchmail error

I have always had a problem where I get a fetchmail error message every so often. This became more regular so I changed the mail collection to every 15 minutes but the problem came back so I changed mail collection to every 30 minutes. This has been fine until last week I now get the error every time the server connects for mail collection. I know the error is reported as nothing to worry about, but why is it getting and worse.
The error is:
fetchmail: another foreground fetchmail is running at 23021

Maybe you can try to verify if the server is still ALIVE and/or ports are open for your e-mail collection.

I saw that post before I posted which is how I knew it was nothing too much to worry about, but is there anyway to tell which pop email account is giving me these errors. I am a little concerned that the problem is getting worse. I also get people say they don't get my emails or I don't get their's not sure if this is connected or not.
