Title: Website Blocking / Filtering

Does anyone know how to block websites when using the server as a router?  I think I know how to do this, but I cant get it to work; I am trying to also track web history on the server.  Please let me know if you know of any plug-ins available to help me with this... Thanks

search for squidguard and sarg.
on is for blocking, second is for reporting of web browsing activity.
