Title: Logging on to https outside

Hi All!
Hving a little problem, when trying to log on to a webhotel i get acces denied I log on as follows:

https://www.mydomain.com:xxxx

i get this error: Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect

any suggestions :-(

as a help when not going through my sme box it works fine!!!!
