Title: Can't dial out on modem anymore

I have an SME 5.6 server set to dial out to an ISP whenever someone try's to access the internet.  Lately, it will no longer dial out and the server requires a re-boot to re-set the modem.  On first attempt, it tries to connect without success.  The ISP tests fine, the modem tests fine on another system, and the phone line tests fine.  Anyone had this happen before?  Could there be a problem with the modem drivers?
