Thanks for the response. I meant how to change the defaut dept, company, address, etc in the form when adding users.  

But I don't follow your respone.    Configuration - Directories where?  I would like to make a global permenant set of defaults of our own.

In the server-manager, look under Directory and you will see what you need.
