Hi There!
No matter what I enter in the url line,
examples:
http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/thisdoesn'texist.cgi
http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/thisDoesExist.cgi
I get a 403 Error - Not Authorized to view page.
I've sent the file permissions to 755 and the installation is quite fresh - only 3 weeks old with the newest iso from the e-smith site.
I don't recall changing anything to do with the cgi-bin dir.
It's permissions are:
drwxr-S--- (capital S)
any ideas? I figure it must be more than just a file permissions thing because I get the same error regardless of the page I ask for.
Thank You!!!
Matt

Matt,
There is a patch to fix a problem with PHP in the primary. I think it also relates to cgi as well. You can find info http://e-smith.org/bugs/index.php3?op=showBug&bugID=27
