On a server which was previously running SME 5.5, we had a pseudonym "news" pointing to an existing mail account for receiving mail as "news@xxx".
This server has been upgraded to SME6.0 recently. Today we realised incoming emails to the admin account which are addressed to "news@domain.xx", rather than going into that user's account.
A further look into server manager does not show any occurence for "news", neither as a pseudonym nor a group or account.
/sbin/e-smith/db accounts print | grep news shows:
news=system|Gid|13|Uid|9
Anybody knows what this system account is for and when it came into life (with SME 6.0 I suspect)? Because it is "hidden" (not shown in the server manager, I suspect we cannot use it as a valid mail address/pseudonym any longer?
I do not know where that news system account comes from and I cannot see such an account on our own SME server (also upgraded to SME 6.0) but it's there on a third SME6.0 server. I cannot figure out the differences why it exists only on 2 of the servers.

I see that account on a 5.6 and a 6.0 server
sudo grep news /home/e-smith/accounts
news=system|Gid|13|Uid|9
Sorry I can't explain why though
