Any ideas on how I do this?  I know it's simple but I have no clue.

Via "network neighborhood" “My network places” or similar.

If the suggestion from above does not help (unix guru tends to be cryptic at times with newbies, sad fact of life...), explain what you qwant to achieve, i.e. what files, for what purposes etc.  I'll try to help you to the best of my limited abilities.

First of all make sure you have user access (at least r(ead)/w(rite) to the ibay to which you want to upload the files.
In a console (Alt+F2 log on as root, start Midnight Commander with mc and browse to the ibay), check rights with ls -l.
Change rights with chmod or ownership with chown (you might read man chmod and man chown before you do that).
Hope this helps a bit ?
