Hi, Am trying to get e-smith onto a Gigabyte board with Promise ATA 100 Raid controller. I can install other distros with
linux ide2=0xdc00, 0xd802 (I/O from from lspci etc.)
This works fine. How do I do the same with e-smith at the "accept" prompt ? Will it take commandline switches ? Or is there a hack ?
ANy ideas gratefully received.

Hope this helps

Many thanks for that - looks similar sort of procedure to other installs I have done - just couldn't quite pin it down.
