SME and WebMin can NOT co-exist together...

Well, since you're in SME Server community the answer is abvious, SME is better...  8-)

You are trying to compare 2 different things....

Webmin is a admin tool to administer (linux) server.

Sme has gone further and implented a webpage to administer the sme server..
