hi all
i get these messages when accessing my server via secure
Email client :
the server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified
a certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider
Web Client :
the security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the certifying authority
the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match th name of the site
how do I build a new security certificate? I think this is my problem.

I found if you include the name of your server as well this does not happen.
For instance lets say you named your server, server1
if you log in as
https://server1.yourdomainname.com it will now match the name of the site. Then you only have to accept it into the certificate store and you will not be asked again -- as long as you log in as https://server1.yourdomainname.com
