Title: local website cannot be found...?
Post by: bavel on March 29, 2004, 03:22:01 PM
I have entered the primary domain name as 'nrkb.nl', and notice that the system automatically prefixed this with 'www.' - so I expected that I could then (on the local network) surf to 'www.nrkb.nl'... but no: the browser tells me that page 'www.nrkb.nl' is not available.

I have searched this forum - but could not find a solution for this problem.

Yes, it's there alright... Could this be a DNS-issue? I never entered anything for DNS when I set up the server - just assumed it would run its own server - and pointed the client to it. Is there any way I can check this??

Can you see local website if you type in your ip number for your server?
