I have downloaded the ISO file for the SME server version 6.0.1 twice now from the www.ibiblio.org site and the file ends up being corrupt. Is there another site that I can download this file from?

How did you determine that the file is no good, by the md5 checksum?

I downloaded 2 different isos from ibiblio and the link above and both were corrupted. I get an error that some file is messed up. Any other place to get this from?
Thanks

I had problems with HTTP and FTP from Windows workstation. WGET and RSYNC from SME server work perfectly.

Thanks to the person that posted the site using an ip address, I was able to get a good download from that location. What originally happened was I downloaded the iso file from ibiblio.org using a windows 98 workstation and then burnt the iso to a cd-r disk using nero-buning rom. When I started the install the server booted from the cd but froze at the first screen that asks for user input. The second time I downloaded it from ibiblio.org the file size was much smaller and when I tried to burn the cd nero reported that the block size was wrong. I had downloaded 5.6 and 6.0 before and burnt cd's using the exact same setup and never had any problems.

... try getting and using "md5sum -b" to check the ISO ... that's why the md5 checksum is posted in the first place!

Try using a custom iso, I had the exact same problem
and this custom iso helped me
