Title: Can't Install e-smith using adaptec 1520b scsi

Hi all,

i've installed e-smith using ide harddrives, but now i try to install it on the same computer just changing the hard disk for a hp scsi using my Adaptec 1520B host adapter, the system just tells me there's no hard drive to install it to...

At the instalation startup it says there was no scsi host, e-smith does not recognizes the host adapter by itself.

Any of you knows how to make the e-smiths instalation recognizes the scsi host?

I appologize for my english, it's not very well but i really appreciate any help

Ok, i hope this helps to anyone who's having the same problem.

When cd installs boots at the install raid something or one harddisk pres ctrl+alt+f2, at the promt type the following:

    insmod aha152x.o aha152x=0x340,11,7,0,0,0,100,0

Assuming your 1520B config is at plug and play config..

Now i have another problem to fight with but i hope this helps somebody.
