Is there any way to install an IRC server on the latest version?

What sort of IRC Server you looking at running??

Every version has different dependencies.

Would be no hassle to get most if not all running under SME, Come back to me with the make/version of IRCU you are looking at running and i'll see if i can help a bit more :)
