Title: Requirements?

A little bit confused...
but what are the requirements to watch contribs.org
Reason: I can't see contribs.org (blank page) but I
am able to se contribs.org/contribs...
I've tried with several browsers still no luck...
and it seems to be the only page I'm having trouble with.
Any help appriciated.

There are no special requirements for it (short off having internet access and working web browser).
Problem is likely on your end with browser, proxy configuration or similar.
