Title: Dreamweaver upload to SME Server

I have set up my SME box to allow ftp access so that I can use dreamweaver to update my site.  I have other users located on the server, is it possible to give them access to a Primary html subfolder and have it show up in their ftp directory so they can upload to it, and have it show up in their primary html folder?  (This way I don't have to give out the admin pass) Thanks!
