Hi
Open the console
Login as root

And you have to type
#cd /home/e-smith/files/primary/html
#rpm -ivh e-smith-phpmyadmin-2.5.6-3.noarch.rpm

Hope it will help you

If it didn't work i will try to found time to write a documentation how to setup phpmyadmin manually

Have a nice day
