Title: Dial-In Server

It's possible to add Dial-In capability at e-smith ? eg. mgetty
And how about user login policy ? is there any related with this issue?

Yes, it is possible, but this isn't supported by e-smith. You will need to refer to the documentation at http://www.e-smith.org/ for information about customising the e-smith server, and the Linux Documentation Project for information about mgetty/PPP/dialin support.

The default policy for users is that users are not permitted to log in - their login shell is set to a shell which doesn't allow interactive use.
If you really want to change that you can.
