A server-mgr adjustable 24 hour time format instead of or additional to "ante meridiam" and "past meridiam" settings for Krauts like me.

There is some kind of 24-hour format inherent !
I know, because the backup configuration is shown in 24-hour format, even though you have to enter the values in the old 12+12 format.
But thats about all I know. Sorry
