Title: add/delete local networks error
Post by: Anonymous on April 26, 2004, 11:28:57 PM
I was trying to add a wireless router to my existing network. I'm using SME 6000 6.0. I went into the Local Networks section in the server-manager and tried to add a defintion to the list. I didn't work correcly and I was unable to access server shares etc. I tried to delete it but got an erorr message. Despite the error the new network defintion disappeared from the Local Networks listing. When I tried to add it again with a different router address the server-manager reported:

Operation status report
Error: network (derived from network and subnet mask ) has already been added. Did not add new network.

The only current entry is the default that was created during the server software install. How do I get rid of this "invisible" local network entry so I can try so other values?

Thanks!
