I am running SME 6.1.  I am very new at this so please bare with me.  I am trying to open port 6000 for our maintance department.  I have put in my udp as 6000 and the tcp as 192..... with the port as 6000.  I still can't get to it through a browser or telnet.  What else do I need to do.  Thanks for your help.

Can you access port 6000 from an internal PC?  Is the service requiring port 6000 running on the target PC?

Yes, I can access 6000 through the inside not outside.
