Lo boys,

I did something stupid :)
normally when i wanna access my sme svr i use the explorer by typing //ipadres/
then the password box pops up and i am in.

When that password box shows up u can choose to save ur password(i am using winXp)

i choosed to save the password.
now when i wanna acces my svr via ipadres it says something user unkown or something like that.
i can access my server via //servername

Anyway know how i can remove the saved password in my xp?

just click refresh and then it should prompt you again

Nope that dont work.
I had that problem yesterday.
My pc had a  reboot to, still the same

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel

(Switch it to the classic view)

User Accounts

(Now select your account)

In the left pane there should bea link to "Manage my network passwords", click it, then delete the applicable one.
