Hi
I'm just having a play with this SME server V6.0.1-01 as my friend has told me so much about it.
I have installed it on an old P1 200Mhz 128mb PC and it runs (unbelievable!) however I have a PCI BT ISDN card that fails to dail (log below) in the dialup settings there is no ttyi0 only TTYS0 to 4 is this my problem? but if so why does it return OK to ATZ ?
I'm very new to Linux and SME server so take it easy!!

Thanks, but why are there no ttyix in the port list?
and what is sending OK back if its on the wrong port?
I also have one of these cards BT PCI ISDN in a windows PC so I will try the ATX3DT command and see if its this prefix it doesn't like, if it is how do I edit it?
Thanks
Adrian

We used ISDN a lot up till last year never did have much joy with any PCI ISDN Card. Just get hold of an external Hayes ISDN box it will just work. I have a few used boxes if that helps

thanks for the offer, but I'm due to have my ISDN line swapped to ADSL on the 26th of this month so I will just wait until then.
Thanks
PS if anyone does know of a solution to get an internal ISDN card working I still have 15 days...
