Title: False security concerns
Post by: Peter Clinch on August 25, 2001, 08:45:18 AM
Some months ago I installed an e-smith server for my wife's boss, and am happy that security is excellent.  Now two other employees, windoze people using security scanners meant for M$ products, are claiming that there are "holes" in the firewall".  Does anyone know of any authoritative links that can explain to an almost IT illiterate manager that there is not really a problem?

Thanks

Pete.

Thanks Graham.  I found a reasonable explanation in the FAQ at GRC.
