Title: can't see existing users in sme server manager

I can't see any of my existing users in the server manager interface.  I can see the accounts if I go to the accounts file.  I can see new users in my server manager, but it will not let me add the users I currently have and I can't user the user interface.  Can anyone assist me in linking my existing users so that they will appear in the sme server manager?
