Title: changeing default boot

Hi there,

I’m having trouble with changeing lilo to start up as esmith up as default on my SME 5.5 server.

It’s required as my megaraid controller doesn’t work with default boot.

I’d made a custom template in /etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/lilo.conf/80default

Saying default=esmith-up

And then I expand the template with /sbin/e-smith/expand-template /etc/lilo.conf /etc/lilo.conf command.

It’s changes the /etc/lilo.conf file to the desired default boot img.

But after reboot, the server still start up in smp mode – and then the server hangs and don’t boot up.

Anyone who can see where I’m making the error?  :hammer:

Did you run "lilo"
