Title: Legalities?

I'm just wondering what the legalities are if i wanted to start selling machines with Contribs.org SME already installed? I don't want to sell the software on a CD but how about selling SME already installed on an older machine? I have some ideas but i dont want to get into legal trouble or in trouble with the community either. Let me know.
