Title: SPAM in the forums

I would propose to limit posting to forums to registered users only. Guests are welcome to read and search.
This should minimize the amount of junk spam posts like we see today.

Hi Boris,

Thanks for the suggestion and thoughts. I personally share your concerns. Please bare with us while contribs.org is setting up a 'community member' strategy and a 'fair use policy'.
