Title: Why do my ibays point to my primary website?

Howdy etc...

I am tring to work out why my virtual domains and ibays always resolve to my primary web site?

If you put in the www.mainsite.com/ibayname this works - but it I go to www.ibayname.com this resolves to my www.mainsite.com address.

Any thing I may have overlooked?

type in http(s)://yourservername/ibayname/ without www and com org net whatever.

That works ok - but I need to go directly to the ibay without going to the primary page.

I have a couple of SME servers running and it works on one machine but not the other two.

Is there a conf file for the web server that I can manual modify to point to these ibays for these sites?

Hi niyte

When you added the virtual domain did you set it to point to the ibay or primary site ? Its an option in the virtual domain setup.

Hi all

I am experiencing the same issues.
I have some additional info.

I am running in GW mode with 2 nic's.
1 nic is local lan
1 nic is my inet ip

When I browse from my internal lan, resolutions are fine

eg  ... www.primary-ibay.bla = primary-ibay
......... www.secondary-ibay.bla = secondary-ibay

BUT when I do it from the inet to my (single) ip with multiple domains configured, I keep getting the primary-ibay contents.

I've doen extensive test with right/various ibays to no avail.

Could someone show us some LIGHT ?

This is before I start hacking the apache conf's .....
Which I rather not do as I am really starting to appreciate the elegance of the templates :)
