You need to open UDP port 9110 as per the FAQ on their site http://www.gamevoice.com/Support/support.asp?Page=39&Product=1#Configure1.5
To do this look at the Howto created by Darrell May http://netsourced.com/servers/docs/ipportfw-howto.html or search this forum.
Good Luck

Sorry for the late reply. I'm travelling with work at the moment and haven't bee checking the forums much.
I suggest that you check out the RPM Howto from redhat (e-smith 4.1.2 is based on RedHat 7.0) at http://rpm.redhat.com/RPM-HOWTO/
To install ipportfw just download the the rpm to a directory on the server, cd to that directory and type rpm -Uvh e-smith-ipportfw-0.1.1-1.noarch.rpm
rpm -ivh is for an install, but the -Uvh (for update) works fine for both install & update. read the HOWTO and the rpm documentation for other options.
Good Luck
