Hi,

Delete user and group - make same username and group not possible.

"Error: the account "reclame" can't be created because there is already a group-deleted account of that name."

and group:

"Error: the group "reclamebox" can't be created because there is already a group-deleted account of that name."

So nerver delete a user or group becourse it is not possible to maken same user and group?  :-o

this is a known problem and was discussed very often in the forum.

search the forum and you'll find the solutions.

in short:
'/sbin/e-smith/db accounts delete [username]' as root on the console, where username is the name of the deleted user.

Dunno if it is the same for [groupname]..

That only recovers from the situation. The reason for the breakage still needs to be investigated, and will be found in the log files.
