Title: Backup E-mail

is there a simple way or contrib to backup ur email??

Use an IMAP mail client like Thunderbird.

Subscribe to folders and voila - all mail is backed-up on your mail client.

This can be used to snapshot mail too, but is replication - delete on server deletes on client and vice versa

User manager panel will allow backup of the users home folder to a local workstation drive.

Backup2ws can be used, configure a backup job just to backup the particular users email data
