A while ago I installed amavis + clamd + spamassasin
and I am pretty happy with it so far. However, recently some .pif file attachments got in and I am wondering why and what I can do about it?
On a related note I am running on sme 5.6:
clamav-es-0.68p1-es01
clamav-es-libs-0.68p1-es01
which I believe are quite old and I am wondering what is the best way to upgrade. I am very paranoid about breaking things. Any help?
Thanks,
Max

Just put the v6.0 or 6.0.1 CD in the drive and reboot and follow instructions.
Search these forums for other upgrading tips and/or traps. Going from 5.6 to 6.x should be OK although a few contribs will need to be upgraded, again search these forums for the contribs you have installed.
