Title: Add "In Chat Area" to Who's Online

Just a thought...  I've yet to see anyone in the chat area while I'm logged in.  Perhaps if the fact that there are people logged into chat would appear in the "Who's Online" summary on the left, others would pop in to chat.
Is this something that makes sense to others?
