Title: Sub domains for my Domain

Might be simple but how do I create a Subdomain eg forum.mydomain.com and have it point to a ibay with the php forum in it?

When trying to create a Virtural domain and selecting the ibay it seems to create www.XXX.forums.mydomain.com.

if you create domain forum.mydomain.com it will autmaticaly add hosts www.forum.mydomain.com, mail.forum.mydomain.com etc, but still will be answering to forum.mydomain.com as well. Pint to the ibay with you software and point external host forum.forum.mydomain.com to your server. It will work.
