Title: fetch e-mail on the e-smith only once or twice a day

High,
where I may find a solution to retrieve the email via POP3 from the ISP's mailserver only once or twice a day ?
The pulldown menue just allows "every 5 minutes" "15 minutes" "30 minutes" "every hour" and "every two hours" as option in the email retrieval page.

edit /home/e-smith/configuration(back it up first)
find fetchmail line - "fetchmail=service|FreqOffice|every5min|FreqOutside|every30min|FreqWeekend|never|Method|standard|Secon"

I don't use an external email so mine is set to the deafult of every5min  - I believe yours would read every2hours or similar - maintain the same format though.

Try changing the 'every5min' to something else ! Am only guessing, but it should work i suspect.
