Hello to everyone, I've installed Contribs.org SME 6.0.1 in server only mode and I want to do something I don't know it's posible. I have my domaind hosted outside (foo.com) I've a big internal network (around 80 machines) that generates lots of mail, mainly to addresses to @foo.com. What UI want to do is this:
All my users will be using SME as SMTP & POP with their present mail addresses.
If email address domain is foo.com then keep it internal, else send it outside, but I want to keep my ISP mail server cause I have some users on the road that need to check mail from anywhere.
I also dont want to create internal addresses, so I want to keep my current addresses to send and receive.
Sorry if I'm not clear. Feel free to ask for further details.
Thanks in advance.

It would be easier to delegate ALL the e-mail handling to your internal SME server (via MX record on DNS) and create forwarding rules for SMTP/POP3/IMAP/Webmail on your firewall. Configure your internal network to use SME as DNS server as well or if you have another internal DNS server, point your mail host to SME server.

Thanks Boris, I u r right, I'm trying to convince my boss about that, but in the meantime I'd like to know if my proposal was "doable".
