Title: Problems with Outlook Express

Hi,
I logged in through domain and Outlook Express Stoped working. When I log in as admin, it works fine, but when I log in as user, I get error message"

"The application was unagle to open the outlook express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your sik is full..."

And Then another:

"OE could not be started becaous MSOE.dll could not be initialized..."

What is the problem? Thanks
