Title: Problem after installing mod_dav

Hello-
I have just installed mod_dav after the contribution here:
http://no.longer.valid/phpwiki/index.php/How%20to%20install%20mod_dav

After installing mod_dav i can not access server-manager ( connection refused ) and i can not access my www.domain. ( connection refused).

I guiess it is some new permissions-settings but i dont want to mess it up so --

Please help.
