I found that in chat room web page it is written that it is to help urgent matter.
but when i tried the chat room then i found that there is no one to help and even discuss.

I am discussing the matter with my self.

yep, that is possible, we are all volunteers. People are free to choose the join the chat or not.

You could have embedded your 'urgent' question in your posting so we all could try help you out ;-)
