Hi everybody,
I've an SME 5.6 with Singele-Disk Installation and an additional SW-Raid-5 with 6x 40GB. (It works fine).
Now I want update to 6.0.1. What happens with my Raid ??? I don't like Surprises like this.....

You could disconnect RAID5 for the update time and comment out fstab entry for it.
Once upgraded, connect it back to working system.

Hi,
my fstab for Raid looks like this:
/dev/md0 on /home/e-smith/files type ext3 (rw)
what's about the Files and Direktories behind .../files ?
Did'nt the Update add or modify some Files and Direktories ?

It converts mail boxes to new maildir format. I didn't know of details about your filesystem layout. Full backup and update then (I guess). I would test it first on the test server, to assure drivers compatibility etc..
